Imo Consult has successfully managed a diverse range of sales projects and property valuations, showcasing extensive expertise in the real estate and development sectors. Among our notable projects is a comprehensive portfolio of 500 properties for bank loans, which facilitated significant financial transactions.
The company has also handled over 100 hectares of land designated for tourism development of national interest in Croatia, as well as evaluating a pharmaceutical production facility and a car showroom complete with a service center. Our portfolio includes several hotels and historically significant properties, requiring a nuanced understanding of their unique value and potential.
In Slovenia, Imo Consult has managed development sites in Gorenjska, a mixed-use development site in Ljubljana, and a substantial 50,000 m² redevelopment site in central Ljubljana. Additionally, we oversaw a 100-hectare industrial brownfield project in Kamnik and assessed land in the Izola Industrial Zone, along with a textile factory.
Our expertise extends to a non-performing loan (NPL) portfolio featuring 40 diverse assets, alongside the management of 13 shopping centers across Slovenia. We have played a crucial role in valuing a water system in Škofja Loka and evaluating large sites zoned for golf courses and sports stadiums.
Imo Consult has also dealt with over 50 non-performing loans linked to large industrial facilities and development land for a bad bank. This includes a large industrial complex in Tržič undergoing insolvency procedures, as well as significant sites in the Logatec industrial zone.
Moreover, we facilitated logistics development along the A2 highway, identified opportunities in a large industrial site in Murska Sobota, and managed a major residential development project in Vrhnika. Other projects encompass a residential plot in Bled, property rights for the development of a touristic panorama tower in Pohorje, a pension in Preddvor, a recycling plant in Preddvor, a portfolio of commercial real estates for a car dealership, a bio-gas power plant, and evaluations of over 50 sites for wind power plants.
